TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Simons Holidays, we believe, needs of our clients are unique and so, we ensure that they feel all the richness and depths of the destinations through our packages. We design our products for our guests, by keeping this in our mind. Nonetheless, please go through the following terms and conditions to have a better understanding and to have a delightful trip.

b) By ‘personal information’, we mean any kind of information that can be associated with a particular individual. This includes his/her name, address, telephone number, e-mail ID, credit card number, and other such details.
c) The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Simons Holidays acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to “as is” and “as available” basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Simons Holidays shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.
d) The user agrees that there can be “Force Majeure” circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Simons Holidays shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user. Guests shall pay any additional charges applicable in such cases.
e) Other than force majeure for any other unavoidable circumstance, if the Company curtails or cancels a certain day’s sightseeing, refund for the concerned portion of the sightseeing/tour shall be given to the Guests. The Company will not be responsible for any other kind of refund.
f) For operating a group tour, there must be minimum 20 Guests booked on the same tour and the same date. In an event of cancellation of tour because of non-fulfilment of minimum criteria, Guests shall be intimated in advance through SMS, telephone or email. In case, if the tour does not materialize and still the Guest wishes to continue with the same tour, on the same date, the tour shall be operated on individual basis without Tour manager and on MAP basis.
g) Simons Holidays hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Mumbai, India.
As per the booking policy, we require 40% tour advance Per Person at the time of booking. As soon as the advance receives, we will initiate the bookings for your hotel reservations, your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. Balance amount is required after issuing the hotel vouchers and confirmation.
Note: In case tour includes any flight or train booking, full amount for train and flight will be required in advance.
Amendment to a Booked Tour
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Mode of Payment
Payments can be paid by Cash / Bank transfer / Credit Card. Each Credit card payment will attract surcharges as per bank policy.

If booking cancellation is 30 Days prior to start of tour, 50% of booking amount will be refunded of the Tour Package only.
If booking cancellation is within 30 Days prior to start of tour, no amount will be refunded of the Tour Package.
For Flight bookings, cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
Once flight tickets are issued, any amendment / cancellation will be as per airline policy.
Upon making the booking, the passengers/tourists are deemed to have read and understood †he terms and conditions mentioned in the website maintained by M/s. Simons Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and that the passengers are invariably bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the terms and conditions mentioned in the website of the company.
In the event the passengers/tourists are involved in any acts or omissions punishable under the laws of India or the laws of the place where such acts or omissions are committed/done, during the period of the trip/tour, the company shall not be responsible/liable for such acts or omissions committed/ made by the passengers/tourists and the sole responsibility for such acts or omissions shall be on the passengers/tourists. Any losses incurred by the company owing to such acts or omissions shall be fully indemnified by the passengers/tourists engaged in such acts or omissions.
